Introduction	For the past 13 years as a board-certified Pathologist I have researched the prostate and prostate diseases. After a fellowship in Urologic Pathology at Johns-Hopkins University, I provided second opinions for men and their families before starting Oppenheimer Urologic Reference Lab in 1997. I have been focussed on the problem of maintaining the highest quality and service for my mostly urologist clients. As an increasing number of men have been diagnosed with prostate cancer, it has been increasingly important to determine which men need to be treated aggressively, and which men can take less aggressive, or even non-active, approaches.
