Introduction	I am Gardenia, I am 4'11" (5'1"on a good day) and weight 115lbs. I may not be overweight but like many of us I could always stand to be a little thinner, taller, prettier etc One time when I was younger I believed that I needed to hurt myself to be these things but now I know there's a healthier way that starts with my DIET (what I eat) daily vs my DIET (what I deprive myself of) to fit unrealistic ideals of health and beauty. This blog is dedicated to my search for a balance between the two, where I can have my cake and eat it too!
