| Introduction | My first post lists why I started this blog. But including it in my profile gives me easy access when I need a reminder. I am interested in nutrition, making 'green' choices, cooking, and I think exercise is important. But motivation - to not eat tempting sweets, to regularly exercise, and to not take the easier road- is lacking. Plus information about health, nutrition, and the environment can be overwhelming.
