| Introduction | My name is Shauna, I am 27 years old. I have recently been diagnosed with celiac and so I am changing my way of looking and thinking about food. I refuse to give up foods that I love! That is what this blog is about -- newly discovered recipes I can eat, and changes to recipes I always made but are now gluten-free! I love it! If I had the money I would open my own bakery.I would have special sugar free, organic and gluten free sections (as well as normal baking). Baking and gardening are my favourite things.
