Introduction My Reader’s Digest biography is brief. I attended Public Schools in Orange until joining the Marine Corps. In the Corps I served for more than four years with one tour in Vietnam. My duty with the Marine Corps completed, I was discharged a Corporal E-4, 1371 Construction Foreman. I went on as a United Parcel Service driver for a year. In 1967, I was hired by the Massachusetts State Police. As a State Police officer I worked for more than twenty-eight years and attained the rank of lieutenant. I attained my Master’s Degree in Law Enforcement from Anna Maria College in Paxton. My experiences in law enforcement ranged from traffic patrols to homicide investigation. My span of supervision within police was from patrols to the Lee Barracks Commander for seven years. I became involved in politics after thirty-four years as an independent voter and sitting on the fence. I am a patriot and stand up for what I believe in. peterR
