Introduction	I've always loved wine - a love which grew into a professional lifestyle. I like to try new wines. That's why I don't have a favorite wine. If I see a wine I don't know or haven't tried yet in a menu, or in a store - that will be my choice. As sommeliers say "You can't know everything about wine". Wine changes every year. With every new season, with every new grape harvest, with every new blend. I like to share my wine experience and knowledge. There is no point or pleasure in keeping it to myself.
