Introduction	EDNOS. it's such a vague diagnonsense. is that really how we describe ourselves? a former "self-injurer," i want something concrete. i want to waste away into air and when i'm lying in that hospital bed i want to sneak a peak at the clipboard and see, "anorexia nervosa." maybe it's wrong. maybe it's masochistic. maybe it's just me. but one tiny voice inside my mind whispering, "you're fat" is all it takes, one seductive utter of "don't eat that." words and images blur until my mind is streaming with letters from ana, and i'm determined to take control.
