Introduction I graduated from River Forest , Hobart IN. I served six years in the US Navy. I have been employed by the USPS since 1995, I have worked as a 204b, mail handler, custodian, letterbox mechanic, general mechanic and currently I am a MPE mechanic. I became involved in the Union in 2005 after 10 years of watching the quality of management tank. It got to a point that regular discussion of problems with management was like pissing in the wind! I became a tour 2 maintenance steward In 2005, I was appointed to the Maintenance craft directors’ position in my local in 2006. In 2008 I was elected to the Indiana American Postal Workers Unions maintenance craft directors’ position. In 2008 I was appointed to a national maintenance staffing advocate position. I am dabbling in being an advocate for disabled veterans as it concerns to their rights to employment. I am a father and husband and enjoy going for rides on my bike. When I am not covered by the hatch act I intend to run for office in local politics. The information in this blog is my opinion and my perspective based on facts! I submit it for the purpose of putting out truths that the biased media and other neglect!
