| Introduction | I’m Shawn. I’ve been interested in magic since I was a young child. When I was 18 I found my first book on kabbalah and the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, and that started my 30 year journey into the realm of magic and mysticism. I began studying martial arts when I was 19 and had the fortune of having a teacher who also did magic and meditations. I continued to study the Golden Dawn system and progressed up to an adept grade. I also read and studied about other traditions including wicca, druidism, theosophy and esoteric schools of Buddhism. In addition to earning black belts and instructor certifications in multiple martial arts I also studied healing arts and eventually found my focus in the healing arts with Reiki. I studied and became certified as an instructor in Usui Reiki Ryoho, Usui Teate, Gendai Reiki Ho, Komyo Reiki and Sekhem Reiki. My main focus is in Gendai Reiki and I have taught classes in it for the past 16 years. I am also a clinical hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and certified instructor in Silva Ultramind ESP.
