| Introduction | Rich Notargiacomo is President of Innovation Focus - Rochester, LLC an executive coaching and consulting firm that helps companies grow through innovation and new products. Building upon a strong industrial career, Rich helps clients understand and manage the "real world" pressures and issues that only someone with deep industrial experience can recognize and help manage. He combines a consultant's approach to "knowing what to do" with a coach's bias toward "getting it done". Rich currently serves on the Adjunct Faculty at the Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology and is the immediate past Chairman and President of the Product Development and Management Association. |
