Introduction	Fun loving person who enjoys life and the important people in my life. I work and play hard and love my sweetheart. I am a Single Parent and have raised my son over the last 23 years, from the age of one. I am very passionate about giving back from mine and other's experiences to help Single Parents and their children. As a result, I have created Single Parent Power which utilizes Coaching, Workshops, Seminars and Retreats to help Single Parents to reconnect with their children to become a closer and more empowered family unit! As part of this process, we help Single Parents to transition from the feeling of frustration, being overwhelmed and stressed to being in control of their life with their emotions, finances and most importantly connected with their family.
