| Introduction | That's me on the left, above - reading with Anthony Cartwright at Birmingham Artsfest in September 2007. I like to write - novels, poetry, short stories, plays. My second novel, Box of Tricks was published by Tindal Street Press on July 9th. Painter Man, my first novel came out in 2005. I'm also part of Severn Spirit, an entertainment about the River Severn, with the Shrewsbury poet, Simon Fletcher and my son, Dan Phelps who performs his own wonderfully watery piano music. |
