Introduction	Graphic designer and small business owner by day, and culinary artist in the kitchen at night. I've always been an artsy type and cooking became my passion. Without any formal cooking training (although I LIVE on Food Network and Cooking TV) I have a knack for combining ingredients and flavors to create really great food. Although I mainly prepare meals for dinner, appetizers and desserts are a big part of my experience as well. I get really excited to try new recipes, always making adjustments along the way according to what I think will work. My process is to look at several recipes for the same thing then take a little from each to create the final product. I am also very good at taking "whatever is in the fridge and pantry" and making something creative that tastes great. It's a constant learning experience and I improve with each and every dish.
