Introduction	I remember sitting there in 9th grade health class and having the Planned Parenthood lady come for her guest appearance (condom earrings and necklace and all), and listening to her go into great detail about how once a month the female body prepares itself for pregnancy and how easily conception happens. I have to tell you that after years of trying, I feel lied to dammit! Getting knocked up is not nearly as easy as they claim in high school health class. And after all this trying, I feel like I have lost a little piece of myself in the process. In August of 2008, I married my best friend. We have been trying desperately for 2 years (since we got engaged) to start our family. 5 miscarriages, a ton of tears and a whole lot of IF testing later, we are dealing with a male factor diagnosis (poor morphology). We were told that given my husband's SA results (0% normal morphology) that IVF with ICSI would be our only option. We had a successful cycle in December '10 with a new clinic, which resulted in double happiness. We are now the proud parents of boy/girl twins. Life is now twinsanity. This is our story.
