| Introduction | I am 35 and married with 4 children, two cats and one mostly wolf. I enjoy all things outdoors, including but not limited to Mountain biking (with a penchant for going downhill rather fast and breaking stuff), trail running, hiking, paddling, swimming, scuba diving, rock jumping, horse riding and camping. I have recently discovered and started participating in adventure racing, which may include many of the above.
