Introduction	I serve as president of Charlotte Christian College and Theological Seminary in Charlotte, North Carolina. The institution has a strong urban studies department. We train students in urban issues and work to help churches and Christian ministries be effective in reaching urban people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am concerned with the state of most urban churches. I begin this blog in hopes of providing ideas to help churches impact cities with the hope, faith, and love of Christ.
