| Introduction | I started this journey some 76 pounds heavier than I am now! I am making changes so that I am healthier and happier, too. Which do you prefer and why: whittling with soap or whistling with wood?
Why whittling with soap of course...that way, if you don't like what you have done, a few runs over it with hot water....and voila, a clean slate!!!
