| Introduction | I am a natural health consultant and writer. I work with kinesiology, iridology, massage, herbs and nutrition and am a Touch for Health Instructor and a Registered Bach Flower Practitioner. More importantly however, I'm a mom trying to do what's good for my kids, like all the other moms out there; and I get it, that it's not always easy.
