Introduction I am a biochemist by trade, but I have been teaching biology and English in a Rwandan high school since January 2010. I will remain living in Rwanda until the end of 2011. My non-profit, African Learning Foundation, benefits schools and students in Rwanda by building libraries and other educational facilities, as well as providing scholarships for bright students. This blog is for family, friends, and supporters to follow along with me on my journey and share with me the joys and challenges I encounter!
