Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility because as a teacher you definitely have to learn how to be flexible because nothing ever goes according to what you plan to do in the day. There is always some unexpected interruption or other scenario that changes your plans and you must be flexible to get what needs to be done accomplished when it needs to be completed.
