| Introduction | Born and raised a small-town girl, I'm just trying to find my way in this big world. As a registered dietitian, I am a proponent of well-balanced lives, which include EVERYTHING in moderation. Things I love (which you'll probably see featured on this blog) include: traveling, fitness/exercise, chocolate, peanut butter, seeking out adventures, trying new ethnic foods, musical theater, Cardinal baseball, summer, being single (it's a love-hate relationship..), and being my ridiculously goofy self.
