Introduction I started my professional life designing web sites. After years of sitting in front of a computer I decided to go to culinary school. I am classically trained in French and Italian cooking techniques. After graduating from culinary school I studied traditional French techniques in Provence with Chef René Bérard. From there, I studied at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners in Asti, Italy. My menus reflect my farm-to-table style, where gourmet meals are simple and satisfying but never fussy. I believe using seasonal, local, ingredients makes delicious food easy.
