| Introduction | We're all on a journey of sorts. When we also open our ears and listen to what people have to say, we can learn things whether we're near or far. As a social worker, listening was a large part of my job description so I bring that experience to this blog as well as my other writings. You'll observe that when you read my book "Catching the Fall." I've endeavored in my life to bring people from various subgroups together. Peoples' differences as well as their similarities can be fascinating. I hope we can all learn to listen to each other and get past all that divides us as we learn to appreciate those similarities we all share as part of the human condition. I'm looking forward to learning this with you. |
