| Introduction | I served out of Halifax in Canada's Cold War Navy between 1962 and '70 sailing on Frigates, Destroyer Escorts and Submarines. Since leaving the Navy in worked in radio and Television and within the Trade Union Movement. I have lived in six different provinces but these days I hang my hat in Regina Saskatchewan.
