Introduction	I am a married father of 2 and a huge sports fan. While my allegiance is to the University of Alabama, I love sports in general. This blog will cover a variety of sports (and occasionally some other topics)with hopes that maybe some day, some big time publication will give me an opportunity to make a living doing something I really enjoy...WRITING.
Interests	Alabama fan (but really a sports fan in general), guitar, family, writing
Favorite movies	Not as big into movies as I used to be... "Star Wars" still rocks as does "Field of Dreams"
Favorite music	As a guitar player who has enjoyed moderate regional success, I am not married to any specific genre'. I like everything, but must admit that hip hop is not one of my favorite styles.
Favorite books	I read a ton. Warren St. John's "Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer" is a fantastic read. Don't miss this book because you are the fan of another school besides Alabama. The book is really a study of fanaticism in college sports. I highly recommend it. I also enjoy a good espionage novel. Favorite Authors include Ludlum, King, Grisham, Steinbeck and St. John.
