| Introduction | Dutch born, Joyce Buzeman started painting when she moved to Yorkshire in 2003. She paints mainly in acrylics or oil, loving the vivid colours. She always tries to create something to lift your spirit. Over the years, she developed her style from fine and precise to a more dynamic style, working with palette knives, creating texture and movement. Her paintings, currently of farm animals, capture character of the animals. She likes to make artworks that draws you in and somehow lifts your spirit. Painting always gave her a way to escape and to re-focus. To spread the love and sanity that painting give her, Joyce has just started Adhoc workshops where people without any experience can come and paint a picture under her step by step guidance. Always up for a challenge, I also do commissions. |
