Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

To me, flexibility is more more important than expandability. I mean, really. Why would I want to be expandable? To just constantly be ballooning out until I break the scales? That shouldn't even be an option. And then to compare that to flexibility? An outrage! With flexibility, you can touch your toes, and do back handsprings, and fall into boxes...and stuff.
