| Introduction | ******************************************************* Coach Melvin is the founder and Head Coach of Heaven’s Palm Boxing Association located in Los Angeles, California. In addition to teaching a wide variety of tactics to help individuals defend themselves from a vicious dog attack, Heaven's Palm Boxing offers the following: 1. Northern Kungfu (jumping, leaping, rolling, high-flying kicks); 2. Southern Kungfu (strong, solid, low stances, low kicks, strong punches); 3. Heaven's Palm Tai Chi; 4. Wu-style Tai Chi (Short form) 5. Chi Gung (aka Qigong or Chi Kung). Tai Chi Chuan, and Chi Kung is a way to fight the negative energy of stress and stress-related illness. The explosive, Heaven's Palm Northern Kungfu competition form is taught along with other empty-hand and weapon forms. ********************************************************** An accomplished martial artist, composer (lyricist), and author.
