| Introduction | I have always been fascinated and passionate about entertainment and how to drive results.
Some of my marketing experience include award-winning film and TV production company Spellbound Pictures, San Francisco’s leading urban adult contemporary station KBLX 102.9 FM – The Quiet Storm, market research company OTX, building awareness for one of the largest new Nordstrom Racks in Southern California, KSFS – The State, and most recently, Splashlife, an exciting and new social network described as “the AARP for young people.” Never Heard About... is a blog that analyzes digital marketing campaigns of films and other entertainment properties. Taking a closer look at what marketing practices and trends are effective and how they can be improved will offer insights and recommendations for building and retaining audience engagement in future campaigns. Venturing into entertainment and interactive media marketing, Never Heard About... is a project to immerse and challenge myself in the current landscape and develop innovative recommendations that will turn conversations from “never heard about it” to “must see.” |
