| Introduction | We just got married and have our very own kitchen: finally enough space to cook! With my full work schedule, his full class schedule, and our small budget, it can be hard to get a nice dinner on the table every night. It feels good to sit down as a family and enjoy good food though! Even better are leftovers the next day for lunch. This blog has some of our favorites that I've adapted from other sources to fit our budget and tastes. Most recipes here are flexible. I mainly make them by dumping or sprinkling things in a pot, so measurements are not exact. Each should make two hearty helpings and some for the next day. They always taste good though. Enjoy! |
