Introduction	Jeff Lyons has more than 25 years' experience in the entertainment and publishing industries. Along with past film and TV consulting for major studios, production companies, and produced screenwriters, he also works as a developmental editor and story consultant for key print-on-demand publishers, including: Amazon’s Createspace, Author Solutions, iUniverse, and other major subsidy imprints. Jeff is also a regular book reviewer for Kirkus Reviews and Kirkus Discoveries. Jeff is the founder of Storygeeks, a professional services company offering story development, professional training, and editorial consulting services to screenwriters, novelists, nonfiction authors. He is also a regular guest lecturer at the UCLA Extension Writers Program, where he teaches story structure and story development to novelists and screenwriters. In addition to guest lecturing, Jeff teaches craft-of-writing workshops for novelists and screenwriters through several renowned literary venues, including: Book Passage (Corte Madera, CA) and The Writers Junction (Santa Monica, CA).
