| Introduction | Thank you for stopping by. The purpose of my blogspot is to share my passion of meditation with you. Meditation is an ancient discipline found in all spiritual practices. It’s a type of integrative healing practice that enables us to truly become whole in mind, body and spirit. I am the grateful Mother of teenage twin boys. They are the joy of my life! I am a certified Meditation Instructor and Spiritual Director with undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Ministry. I am an ordained Metaphysical Minister. Currently I am working on a Masters and Ph.D. in Comparative Religion. I discovered meditation at the age of 8 by mimicking a Chinese worker at my grandparents’ home. I was raised in the Baptist Tradition and embrace all forms of religion and spirituality. I've studied Meditation for the past 40 years with Hindu Guru's, Buddhist Monks, Shamans, Christians, Spiritualist and all whole lot of other wonderful Teachers. Meditation is where I find my center. It is a way of life for me. My gift is that of a profound intuition. I teach meditation by lecture, workshop, in groups and in private sessions. |
