| Introduction | Born in Winston-Salem, Phil moved with his family to Wilmington as a teenager and lived at Wrightsville Beach during his high school years. He worked for a local chemical plant for 32 years before leaving to pursue a career in real estate. Phil’s hobby is public speaking and as a member of Toastmaster International enjoys speaking on humorous, historical and patriotic subjects as well as helping developing speakers hone their speech craft. Phil is a member of Impact Church. He is married to Patty Mills Brady, has two grown children, Phillip and Katie and grandsons, James and Evan. |
