Introduction	We are Iris and Mike Barratt. We started out in the little town of Gannett, ID. We took a 7 month subatical to a small village in Nayarit Mexico before settling in the small community of Horseshoe Bend, ID just north of Boise. After enjoying life there for 2 years and making many new friends, we took a caretaking position on the Oregon coast in the little town of Depoe Bay. After a couple years there, we bought a house just outside of Cuenca, Ecuador and did the snowbird thing for a couple of years. We both decided we wanted to settle down for a spell so we began to look for the "perfect" position in the "perfect" place. That's how we ended up here in Colorado. We love it here so much that we wanted to share with everyone...so here we are. Needless to say, our family and friends tell us they have trouble keeping track of where we are and what we're doing. We hope you enjoy this method of tracking our lives. Yes, we still have that great little house in the Andes Mtns of Ecuador. We can't spend as much time there now. We are very interested in sharing that wonderful space with other adventurous souls.
