| Introduction | Many people call me Ilham. The fifth child of six siblings was born in Lubuk Basung on 12 September 1988. During my lecture at the Law Faculty of Andalas University Padang and take a special program on constitutional law. Served as coordinator of the Institute for Student Advocacy & Research Society, which is a student organization that focus on the research and advocacy of social and legal problems. Besides that, I served as chairman of student associations constitutional. After finishing study in fakulty of law, now me active as a researcher at the Center for Constitutional Studies (PUSaKO) Faculty of Law, University of Andalas. Like the development of constitutional law and fighting corruption. Invites all to exchange ideas and enrich the thinking towards a progressive pattern.
