| Introduction | I am Nancy Magloire and I am currently serving as a Lay Mission-Helper in Sierra Leone to serve at the Catholic University of Makeni (UNIMAK) in the Diocese of Makeni. I have held several positions within education; such as instructional supervisor, instructional specialist, school-based administrator, department chair, curriculum developer, and teacher. I received my BA from York College in Political Science & Psychology, attended Old Dominion University for my MA in International Political & Economic Development. After moving to Maryland I received my MA in Teaching, a post-graduate certificate in School Administration and Supervision from Johns Hopkins University, and then a Doctorate in Education Leadership & Policy Studies from Howard University. I was born and raised in New York to Haitian parents, have two adult children from my marriage. Now that I am an empty nester, I have been called to do missionary work in Sierra Leone. |
