| Introduction | I am an interior designer, writer, and on-again-off-again scholar living in Atlanta. I tend two blogs for my own amusement and hopefully that of others as well. In "the social design" I write about design and social life, especially of the Sixties and Seventies, and often as reflected in period television and cinema. "Amicus Curiositatis" is my catch-all for everything else, though I think it can best be summed up as a place for the lighthearted consideration of the curiosities of nature, culture, and history. |
