Introduction	This is my 5th year teaching fourth grade at Langston Hughes Elementary! Teaching is something that I have always wanted to do for a living, and I am so lucky to be at such a special school. I graduated in 2007 from the University of Kansas, where I met my husband. We LOVE to cheer on the KU Jayhawks. Rock Chalk! You might also catch me rooting for a Texas team (Rangers, Mavericks, Stars, Cowboys), because I am originally from the Lone Star State. A majority of my time, as well as my husband, is spent with two very large and lovable dogs- Rocky and Bear. Our family just moved into a house this summer, so we are looking forward to this next chapter in our lives. I'm really excited for another fantastic year in fourth grade!
