IntroductionOnce upon a time there was a little girl who loved and loved. She grew up near a forest full of magical things, but dwelt in a cottage crammed with hard, sharp corners. Every day she opened up the cottage windows to let in as much of the forest as she could. This helped her to grow up beautiful and strong. This made the handsome prince want to carry her away to a place with softer, rounder edges. She loved this new place, and became its perfect guest. She got little princes and princesses and learned to give and give. She thought as she gave. Thought about her old cottage with its forceful corners, the magical forest she used to let in, and about happily ever after. She thought too much sometimes and it hurt. Something was missing. Something she needed. A treasure, maybe. She tried many quests. She tried to be stronger, smarter, and steadier. But, no. She just needed to be. Simply, be. So she stopped questing, and started seeing, singing and scripting. And, then... she saw the sharp corners, but they didn't hurt as much. She felt the magic of her old forest, and it was secure enough. She traveled one little step by one little step in her new land, and it was good enough.
