| Introduction | Charlie Weidig has a BS in Mathematics from State University of New York at Stony Brook, an MS in Education from Long Island University, and did studies on the Doctoral level at New York University. He had a 44-year career in both public and private education, and was extensively trained in Cognitive Coaching. He acted as a peer mentor in Kings Park public schools, and established and coordinated a peer mentoring program for teachers at St. John the Baptist High School.
