| Introduction | Unless otherwise identified, all of the photos on my blog are my own work. I recently finished working at a private school as an English and Art teacher, librarian, creator of the literary art journal, and yearbook faculty advisor - longest held job - 18 years - other jobs along the way: potter, visual artist, construction labourer, deckhand for Canadian Coast Guard on an inshore rescue boat, substitute teacher in the public school system, retail sales in women's boutique, tutor, lifeguard, surfguard, beach captain, First Aid and CPR instructor, secretary, shortest held job, one shift as a waitress in a tavern. One of the great loves in my life is organic gardening, I just love growing vegetables. Okay, I'm learning to love growing flowers too, but growing vegetables just fills me up more, literally. |
