Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I know this to be true. In fact, when I was a kid my bike was stolen and I cried for days. My mom went to McDonald's and bought me a Filet O' Fish to cheer me up. When I bit into it, I bit into a pedal! That fish bastard had stolen my bike, and had paid for it with his life. It was later made into an M. Knight Shyamalan student film.
