| Introduction | I am involved in the activities related to matters of Career progression/service conditions since the year 2000 by representing the technical cadre in the JCM III (DGQA), headed the All India DGQA Technical NGOs' Association, Bangalore as General Secretary continuously since the year 2005 to 2013. At present the Gen. Secretary of the DQA Gp 'B' Tech Officers Association, Bangalore and earnestly pledge to try and restore the sagging morale of the Technical cadre by taking up the core issues of the cadre without any bias or malice. |
