| Introduction | Public Government consultation on draft regulations to ease the entry of mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) in countries with Non Liberal Restricted Economies. Advisory services on proposed legislation that impose obligations on network providers and MVNOs and allow the regulator to more closely govern agreements between the two types of operator.
