| Introduction | Always curious and in search of something interesting to do, this blog is the result of one such curiosity. I feel strongly about Quality and think that Customer Satisfaction is not just a measure of a company's performance, it is a reflection of the society that it is being measured in. I started writing this blog during my job hunt, hoping I'd use the time to improve my writing skills. Clearly I still have a long way to go. :) |
