Introduction I chair the firm’s Trusts & Estates/Taxation Group and joined the law firm of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost PC in 1998. I became a Partner in 2001. My career began in the IRS Manhattan District Counsel Office, where I tried civil cases before the U.S. Tax Court. As an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, I taught the Estate Planning component of the University's Certified Financial Planner program. I frequently lecture for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education, and I have written several published articles for the New Jersey Law Journal and other publications. I earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, and my law degree with honors from Rutgers University School of Law. I obtained an Masters of Law Degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. In 2006, I was named to the "40 Under 40" issue of the New Jersey Law Journal, a publication profiling attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice at a young age. I was also elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in 2006.
