| Introduction | I've worked in the natural foods industry in many different capacities. I had the pleasure of working in the marketing departments of large natural foods supermarkets. I've written about food and travel for a regional healthy lifestyle magazine for many years. Now I want to share my adventures about life in general with you. I'd like to tell you about the wonderful places I've been that have something interesting (or many interesting things) ...and I'll share a little food/dining stuff that I find interesting or topical. I'm going to concentrate on healthy food issues and life experiences and who knows what else on my blog. | Interests | Living life to it's fullest in the most delectable fashion without concern as to who approves or does not. I love to garden, walk, bicycle, talk to interesting people. I am enamoured with essential oils, herbs and all things of nature. I'm interested in people getting together and enjoying their lives. I wish I could do more for those with little but decided long ago that I'd live as lightly as I could on this earth and let everyone fight it out. I'm interested in good writing, good stories, good poetry. I love animals but not enough to become so intimate with them that I eat them, And, really, so much more. |
