| Introduction | I am in my fifth year of teaching as a Wellness teacher at Wayland Middle School. I graduated with a Movement Science/Secondary Physical Education degree from Westfield State University and I also have my Master's in School Guidance Counseling from Cambridge College. I worked as a Teaching Assistant for Wayland Middle School for two years before being appointed to the Wellness staff. I want to make a difference in my student’s lives by teaching the essential knowledge, tools and benefits of physical and health education. My passion for life, health and physical activity has no limits. To give new opportunities and to create a safe and encouraging environment is priceless. . |
| Interests | I share a great love for exercising, playing sports and coaching. I was a three sport high school student athlete and a two sport college athlete. I believe sports and activity bring out great character and teach many valuable lessons. I was an assistant coach for the Women's Westfield State soccer team and I am currently in the 6th year of coaching the girls Wayland Middle School Basketball and Soccer teams. |
