Introduction	I've been a martial artist for about 30 years, been lifting weights on and off since 12 and have been training grip since March 2010. My nickname is Malice, which I got from a friend when he was teaching me medieval sword fighting. Apparently, my fighting style was much more aggressive than he was used to seeing so he started calling me Malice. Since then the nickname has stuck.
