| Introduction | After a 20 year career as a structural engineer, I decided to become a stay at home mom. (And thanks to my DH, who is a network IT professional and supported my decision). I recently rediscovered my love of sewing and have delved into the world of quilting. Let's just say, I'm hooked! In addition, I love cooking for my family, especially baking. I'm afraid I've trained our twin teen-aged daughters to ask, "What's for dessert tonight, Mom?" BTW, the lovely lady in the photo is my maternal grandmother circa 1928. (She had style in the roaring '20s!) |
